New tricks!

I was watching the videos we have of Blake when he was first born and can't believe how small he was! Then I couldn't believe I was saying that I couldn't believe how small he was because he's not even 4 months old and I'm already marveling at how big he is and all the new things he does. Here are a few of his newest tricks:

Holding his own bottleRolling onto to his tummy (We haven't mastered getting back to the starting position yet.)

Controlling what is on TV Eating the remoteBeing a ghost

Professional baby modeling

Looking cute (Well that's not really a new trick. It's innate.)

Gangsta Blake

Even though Blake is only 3 months old, he's managed to have some pretty gangsta moments in his life. For example, sometimes he throws up gang signs when he's sippin' on some formula.

When the mood hits him, he likes to dress like a gangsta.


So I guess we should have seen it coming. His very own gangsta music video, complete with dancing. Enjoy.

Dear body,

I was just writing you to ask where you're hiding. Every time I look in the mirror it seems you are missing. In your place there is someone I don't recognize. She's usually wearing baggy shorts and a t-shirt. And flip-flops. There's certainly nothing wrong with shorts and t-shirts. I was just wondering if you were ever going to come back? I'd love to see you whenever you are in town!
