So sad because it's so, so true. Sigh.
We found out you just have to go to the right brokers. If they start giving you the I-cannot-believe-you look, just pick up your stuff, thank them for their time and high tail it out of there. Then walk to the next realtor's office a half-block up. Eventually you'll get a few miles from your house and one will have the perfect place for you. In the meantime--pray like crazy. You'll be guided. :D
I can't imagine living without that stuff. We have all of that and a little more for less than 850 (not including utilities), but that is in AZ.mi
Tell Evan to hop on the job search man, you gotta get outta there!! I have 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a whole lotta yard for a fraction of the cost, and it's MINE!
