Notes to self: Thanksgiving edition

Things for me to remember for next Thanksgiving:


Put the turkey in the fridge to thaw a few days before you have to cook it.


Make sure you have pecans, not walnuts, before 9 pm when you are making sweet potato casserole.


Either give the turkey to the person who is hosting to cook, or get a dining table and have dinner at your place.


Eat stuffing more often.

Great list! Yikes, cooking the turkey to take elsewhere would never work for me. It always seems that no matter what time I "plan" it to be done, it takes and extra 45-60 minutes!

Oh man, I totally agree about the stuffing! I resolved the same thing this year.
